To anchor the company's listing goals and build consensus among all employees, the Q1 2026 Key Employees & Core Staff Seminar was successfully held on the afternoon of April 24, 2026. Company executives and core staff gathered together under the theme "United in Purpose, Coordinated in Effort — Jointly Achieving the Company's Listing Plan" to discuss development strategies and chart the course for the IPO.

Briefing and Deployment: Setting Direction, Clarifying the Path Forward

First, Ms. Qin provided a comprehensive overview of the company's overall listing arrangements, current progress, key milestones, and core tasks, clearly breaking down the "roadmap" and "action plan" for the IPO process. This allowed every participant to clearly understand the company's firm resolve and clear path toward listing.

Subsequently, heads of the five key areas—Business Development, Project Management, Production, Quality, and Safety—spoke in turn. Based on their respective responsibilities and operational realities, they elaborated on how they would support the listing goal through coordinated efforts in their positions. From business development to project advancement, from production support to quality control, and to reinforcing safety defenses, each link was closely connected and aligned toward the same objective, demonstrating the company's unified and determined drive toward the IPO.

Interactive Dialogue: Brainstorming and Pooling Collective Wisdom

The seminar featured an interactive exchange session where key employees and core staff actively offered suggestions on "how the company can grow and achieve its listing goals." Speaking freely from their respective positions, they put forward many innovative and feasible proposals, fully demonstrating their sense of ownership and responsibility.

A special "Most Valuable Suggestion Award" was also presented on-site. Chairman Mr. Gao, General Manager Mr. Zhou, and Ms. Qin jointly selected the three most valuable suggestions and presented cash awards to the winning employees. Finally, Mr. Gao, General Manager of the company, delivered the closing address.
