This year marks the 24th National Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law Publicity Week. Under the theme "Protecting Occupational Health, Building a Healthy China," Huayi Pharma organized a series of publicity and training activities during the last week of April across both the Shanghai Road and Shenyang Road facilities, achieving full coverage of occupational health training.

The event specially invited senior experts from the Hefei Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital to provide on-site lectures. Combining their expertise with the characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry, the experts systematically explained laws and regulations on occupational disease prevention and control, identification and control of occupational hazard factors, and implementation of employers' primary responsibilities. Through case study analyses, they helped employees gain a deeper understanding of the importance of occupational health protection.

On this basis, the company organized multiple internal training sessions covering the proper use of workplace protective facilities, correct selection and wearing of personal protective equipment, the necessity of occupational health examinations, and emergency response procedures for unexpected situations.

Focusing on common occupational hazard factors in pharmaceutical enterprises—such as chemical toxins, dust, and noise—the training also included a dedicated session on prevention and control in frontline work scenarios, detailing risk points and corresponding protective measures for different positions to help employees truly achieve the goals of "understanding risks, mastering protection, and being able to respond to emergencies."

This series of activities adopted a "dual-plant linkage" model combining expert lectures with in-house training. It provided both in-depth interpretation of policies and regulations and practical skills training tailored to real work situations, further strengthening the awareness among all employees that "one is the primary person responsible for one's own health." Huayi Pharma will take this publicity week as an opportunity to continuously improve its occupational health management system and create a safer, healthier working environment for all employees.
